Terrible lease company. I had 1 of my 2 showers out of commission for 6+ months of my 9 months so far. Communication is at their leisure. I imagine they'll find a reason to not renew our lease even with all rent paid on time and all HOA (false or otherwise) fixed immediately (14 day infraction and 3 days to fix it). Don't rent from them ever or prepare for potential civil court. #retaliation

I love this company - They have been successfully managing my rental property now for almost two years. We had a slightly rocky start due to it being my first investment property and some slight communication issues however I'm very happy with them as I have had no issues for quite some time now!

Do not rent from this company!! Do not list your home with this company!!! If you have no other options, make sure you video the home before moving your personal items in and definitely once you move out of the home. Keep all emails, text and maintenance melds or work orders.
I was given a 30 day no clause after renting from this company for 4 years. They had no reason to put me out. rent was paid and kept in great condition. When I left the home there was only typical wear and tear on the home. They tried to say I damaged the home, tried to take my deposit, and left me homeless. I had to throw away a large number of personal items in a short time frame. I am so thankful I had all the proof I had. I even had pictures of me replacing batteries in the fire detectors down to new filters. I took them to court and won the case. The owner, Mr. Robinson didn't even have the respect to stay in court. Terri Hoffman sat in court and didn't realize I was right behind her. She was texting Pamela Gill about me in court hoping I was not there. Little did she know I was there full throttle. They put me through depression. But I can say I am thankful because they put a fire in me to get my finances together to become a homeowner. I will NEVER be put out again. I wish I could have spoken to the owner of the home. I honestly feel they had no idea this company was doing this to me and my 12-year-old child. Don't mess with a child of God who does no harm... YOU WILL PAY FOR IT!!

We rented a 2BR condo in southwestern Las Vegas from Robinson Realty & Management for 2 years. We would have stayed with them longer, but the owner ended up selling the property and we had to relocate. All of our interactions with Cheri and Pamela were pleasant and professional. We had a few maintenance requests during our tenancy, mostly minor issues, and they were resolved with punctuality. Instructions on getting the security deposit back were laid out in detail when initially signing the lease. We followed the instructions we were given without incident. Thank you Robinson Realty!

Do not rent from them!! I moved out the tide of Twain apartment due to medical issues that caused me to be in a wheelchair I asked them can I move in a handicap unit they told me no to build a ramp for my wheelchair 4/28 I moved out and never got my deposit of 4300 plus now I’m back in Vegas with a lawyer trying to dollars back and fix something that they messed up !! not even a break down of if something needs to be repaired.. they lie poor Communication rude. It was steal your money.

I live in Sky Las Vegas below unit 2610 managed by this company and experienced water damage. The experience has been HORRIBLE trying to get someone to help me - multiple messages have not been returned by Ana, I've been hung up on by Ed and it has now been almost two months that I'm having to walk by a water damaged ceiling with no plan on it being repaired!
This company is the worst- take your business elsewhere and best of luck if you happen to be an innocent bystander impacted by their poor customer service.
UPDATE: It is very interesting how they haven't responded to over a dozen of messages, emails, calls and yet it took them about an hour an a half to respond to this review. I'm not a liar, and I'm a victim of their poor customer service. Water leaked into my unit on August 21st and our HOA and the tenet in 2610 immediately reported the incident to your company. To the owner who responded to this review instead of returning my calls, please feel free to call me and tell me what exactly you feel I was not being genuine about. I have records and documentation of every interaction and would be happy to share! If anyone is being disingenuous it is you!

Do not ever lease from this company. I am currently fighting for my deposit back. Read the Yelp reviews. I should have done so before signing their lease. They are doing to me what they’ve done to others, light bulb replacement when all of them were working, air filter fee when we replaced it and left extras for future tenant, landscape issues. All this is made up They are now accusing us of having a pet in there when we do not own one and have never had one in there. Avoid them at all costs.
