Not reliable at all! When you're already late getting to the terminal, the bus driver shouldn't be getting off the bus. No. Load quickly and leave. If they want more customers, then learn to be more reliable.

Also, stop giving people free rides. I pay for services, kinda a slap on the face when you let so many tweakers and teens on the bus for free.

I am a visitor to Saskatoon and used the buses to get around. They were friendly and clean. The bus drivers are super helpful. Remember they are public and discretion is important,just be aware of your surroundings. Having said that I felt very safe on the buses . They are a good way to get around the city

Could you guys maybe train your drivers not to just blow past you if you're standing 4 feet to the side of the bus stop? I'm really sick of this joke of a transit system wasting 10+ minutes of my day, nearly everyday because either the driver is late or they've decided to leave early and basically screw me out of a ride. It's disgusting you charge $83/month for a bus pass to the least reliable and most consistently inconsistent service. I'll leave my apartment with a few minutes to spare only to get to my stop and see the bus has been delayed by 5 minutes, I get delays happen, but nearly everyday, everytime I ride the bus? Do better or lower the price.

Edit: it's that time of year again where your bus just doesn't show up and google maps tells it departed on time. Not sure why you thinks okay to just screw people over who have places to be (especially when it's -40 out).

Sometimes you make it on time and sometimes people who can’t afford to pay cancelation fees for a medical appointment are screwed because the transit office likes to dilly dally and not tell people that the route got canceled at the last minute.

There were three other people stuck waiting in the rain for a bus that won’t come for the next two weeks. Thanks Sask Transit. Real nice of you. Convenient that it only got posted 15 minutes AFTER the bus was supposed to be there.

UPDATE: I have seen drivers sexually harass and catcall passengers, they are literally always either early or late, thanks Sask Transit, missing my midterm when I work my butt off studying for 12 hours a day to give myself a better life, missing my midterm because your drivers decided to blow past me 5 minutes BEFORE the bus was even scheduled, was awesome and I enjoyed it thoroughly.

I - no, scratch that, the great majority of this godforsaken city - can’t afford this.

Horrible service from bus driver today for bus number 45, he should have basic understanding and common sense when customer press stop requested he did not stop the bus and told to customer wrong for not buzzing the light, then i miss the bus number 18 for one hour

Look to all those who complain about our transit system stating all your negative and rude comments. You need to see how this system really works. The drivers are just trying to do their jobs to the best so they can to make their wages to support themselves and their family. They need 100% credit I tell you. shoutout to one of the transit supervisers for announcing the starting constructions of the BRT system this year. I hope speed can be worth the wait! Much respect to our transit system directors operators and staff. You deserve the best for the upcoming decade of us seeing our future transportation system evolve
