We had ceiling leaks and it took two weeks for Scott Management to have plumber come to fix it and it’s been another two weeks that we’ve been waiting Scott management to patch the drywall. It’s been opened together w clean out in garage which generates lots of dust from ceiling and smell from clean out.
Been sending so many emails and calls, but Steven doesn’t answer to any of the emails for last two weeks and not answering the phone.
Coughing a lot due to dust from the ceiling and not sure how long we should wait to have this fixed.

Our building with 100 units has had several management companies throughout the years. Scott Management is fairly new to us, but I am very impressed with them. Any requests or comments of concern that I have submitted have been answered very quickly, within hours or the next morning with an after hours submission. If they say they will do something, it is done expeditiously not put on a list & addressed whenever it might be convenient for them. My experience with Scott Management has been very positive.

I have lived in a condo complex in Playa del Rey managed by Scott Management for 23 years and only have compliments to pass forward. They have been responsive to all of my requests over the years and always followed up with any issues. I mainly dealt with Ellona and she is a gem !

Terrible management company. They fine you for having fake plants on balcony. They come around looking for things to fine you instead of looking for things that need fixing. When you need them, they’re completely useless. They keep raising HOA dues, yet they haven’t delivered on the “fixes” they were supposed to do. Total scam! Avoid at all cost!

We couldn't be happier with Scott Management. They've managed our HOA for 3 years now and are by far the best property management company among the four or five we've worked with in the last 30 years. Our condo board is pretty hands on and our expectations are high as far as responsiveness and professionalism. We're particularly happy with our property manager, Ellona, who has excellent verbal and written communication skills, does timely follow up, and seldom lets things fall through the cracks. Scott Management's accounting dept. also rarely makes mistakes -- again, a refreshing change from previous companies who managed us.

Worst service I have ever experienced. They're unresponsive, don’t follow up, don’t follow through, lack empathy, and the list goes on. Coming from the service industry myself, I don’t even know how they’re in business. I can’t even get the customer service person to call back, the supervisor to respond, or a higher up who cares enough. I’m at a complete loss of words that this is acceptable. David is the ONLY one who has demonstrated to care about his job, to be able to do his job, and who has demonstrated any care or consideration for others. This company needs more competent management and basic service etiquette. Look, it’s okay to not have all the answers. It’s NOT okay to not acknowledge communication or not follow up or to waste peoples time and money for over a year.
