They are an absolutely horrible company to have to deal with. They just look for any and every reason to deny your claims. The paperwork is purposely difficult to fill out for your provider so more often than not a provider will have to resubmit it thus complicating everything. If I had any other alternative through my job I would do it but I'm forced to deal with this scumbag company. If you have the choice avoid them at all costs because they will do everything they can to deny you and potentially cost you your job

The customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Jeremiah Dally and Jennifer Mathias have to be some of the worst representatives of this company. I hope that I don’t ever find myself having to deal with this company ever again.

This experience has cost me time, work opportunities, and put me in a financial hardship. They cancel your payments with no notice. They don't answer calls. They are incredibly unprofessional, even when dealing with attorneys. Joanne Sims is the adjuster on my case and works out of Chicago, but I live in Iowa and there's an Iowa office. I don't understand that, but I recommend getting attorneys when having to deal with them. The egregious negligence I have experienced in the time I've had to deal with Sedgwick is unfathomable, on top of having two surgeries to fix the injury. Still waiting to receive the back pay I'm owed that I was told is supposed to be "on the way soon". I can only hope that my attorneys are truly looking out for my best interests.

Never answer their calls and NEVER get a call back no matter what the issue is. People rely on this to keep their lives and families going while having to recover and they don't seem to care since it's not them. Suspended benefits without notice or cause while still not being cleared to return to work. Criminal in my opinion.
