My experience with Sixes management Group, especially as a renter in Wyngate, has been nothing but pleasant. The staff is extremely communicative and willing to help with any issues. I would like to highlight one staff member in particular - MaryBeth Bearden.

I cannot thank MaryBeth enough for the incredible support and understanding she provided throughout my experience with the HOA. As a rental tenant, I wasn’t expecting such kindness and willingness to assist, but MaryBeth truly went above and beyond.

She worked closely with me to address the challenges surrounding the HOA's fence requirements, advocating for reasonable solutions. Her communication was always professional, prompt, and respectful, and she made what could have been an overwhelming process so much more manageable.

MaryBeth’s dedication and willingness to help, even in situations where she wasn’t obligated to, speaks volumes about her commitment to the community. I’m extremely grateful for her assistance and highly recommend her to anyone needing guidance or support with HOA matters.

I that had direct dealings with it Priniple and property manager. My relation with Sixes has been excellent. They are there when we need them with expertise and knowledge. Compared to previous management companies nothing come close to service and honesty they provide.

If you are looking for a home, I recommend absolutely avoiding a community managed by Sixes. They do not reply in a timely manner, emails go unanswered. You can hardly get anyone on the phone. Property managers are rude. Disgraceful company. Ariel is probably the worst. You can visit next door to read all about her sparkling personality. When she took over the home I was living in, she was on my property. I opened the door and she flew her arms up saying, “I’m not trying to start anything.” A few hours later, I got 3 violations in the mail. She was obviously trying to start something and she was on my property without consent.

Y’all need better things to do than to take your power trip up with some kids basketball goal. People have kids. Get a life.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ITS NOT WORTH IT.

Why are ZERO stars not available?
These people are the most INCOMPETENT and have less than zero regard for any of the people with which they do business.
I AM AN OWNER OF ONE OF THE CONDOS IN 360 CHAMBERS. They decided to change out the roof in the height of summer. Today it is 94°. It’s going on two weeks that this supposed project has been taking place. We are without AC during all of this supposed project because they had to turn it off for “ safety”. Yes in the height of summer. Yes-for weeks.
And yes- There are elderly people that cannot leave that live in these buildings. They were informed that some of these elderly people could perhaps have strokes, heart attacks, drop attacks, and the like.
This information fell on deaf ears. Now as a medical provider, I’m just waiting on a lawsuit so that I can support one of my fellow neighbors family in court when they have a heat stroke and die because they couldn’t go anywhere because of the idiocies of these people.
They will not return calls. They will not give any information. The incompetence and total lack of regard for any one is astounding.
If you’re thinking of doing business with this company, don’t walk run run run away! That’s the best advice I can give you.

A dreadful experience. I was mis-charged $5 and unable to even pay because the system has a $15 payment minimum. After more than 40 back and forth emails (!!), there is still no resolution. Then they have the audacity to send me a letter stating my payment is delinquent. What should i do? call the owner, James? he doesn't return phone calls. Here's the best part: want to know what the $5 is for? They MIS-CHARACTERIZED an HOA violation 9 months earlier, which was resolved. NINE MONTHS later - i was sent a certified letter for the violation and the $5 is them invoicing me for the inconvenience of having to send a certified letter. I couldn't make up a more unprofessional and dreadful experience. Shame on our neighborhood for hiring them.

I regret to report that my experience with this property management group has been profoundly unsatisfactory. Since they assumed management of our community in 2024, their approach has been markedly unprofessional with a noticeable lack of effective conflict resolution. It appears they do not prioritize the interests of the homeowners, often failing to return calls and emails. Additionally, interactions often escalate into arguments, ending with calls being abruptly terminated, rather than working towards constructive solutions to the issues raised by homeowners. This has been a disappointing experience, to say the least.

I would give 0 rating if I could. Worst group of people ever l. Can’t keep same property manager. They are terrible at communicating. We have left several messages and no one responds. I had to tell them that I would not hang up until I spoke to my property managers. Still the only thing they say is they are sorry and will get back to us about fines. Our ongoing issue has not been resolved. We have re-sodded the yard and they still say that there are weeds. We added pine straw and got new violation saying that we need to add pine straw. We are sick of this management company
