Hopefully this will help someone from wasting time and unnecessary application fees.

I contacted Solutions property management on 8/6 prior to touring so I could ask any necessary questions. I completed the application on the night of 8/6 the following morning 8/7 My landlord and company that I fulfill 40 hours per week at were both contacted for verification which were completed as asked that same day. You all contacted me on the 8/8 saying that my application was processed and required a cosigner with an application link attached. I had already added my co applicant on my initial application yet still had her fill this out and pay separately. Her credit score is over 750 as she has also been a broker in Ga for over 30 years with all required credentials. The following day I had not heard anything back then received an email mid day stating that due to being self employed I would need tax returns which was odd as I work at least 40 hours per week with a company that makes me full time so I followed up via telephone I was not able to reach anyone nor voicemail so I drove there to see if I could speak with someone which is when I met Ty. After speaking he confirmed that my co applicant’s Taxes would be sufficient. I was never asked to submit pay stubs or Bank statements if additional verification was needed on my income. My co applicant submitted not only 1 bank statement but 2 as well as a 1099 which she shouldn’t have needed as her income was not a factor for me.

Unfortunately, my family gives this management team 0 stars. I have a hefty report including slow to fix problems and once they attempt it’s always faulty and never secure. We have also been begging for pest services which states in our contract that they are to handle and needless to say it’s been over a year. They tried charging us a pest fee and claim they have proof but they have yet to show any evidence. Their lack of concern for the property is evident in the upkeep. We have had to replace the washer and dryer, hot water heater, sink pumps, cabinets, lights, and more. The biggest concern is our roof which is very old and needs a full repair. They sent a patch job out and ever since we have had a pest/rodent problem that they lack urgency in solving. When emailing them a detailed description of the problems they respond with one sentence simply saying they will not fix the problem. Of course they have corporate jargon to seem as if they care but in actuality they don’t. We know for a fact none of their families will be in business with such ill intentions and so our family unfortunately has to move forward with almost the last 2years being overwhelming disappointed.
