* NO STARS* 10/10 do NOT recommend this management company. Every conversation I have had with our property manager or the front office staff has been disrespectful and unhelpful. It takes months to hear back from them, if you're lucky enough to get a response. In order to have a conversation with someone, you need to make an appointment. However, I have never received a phone call or email in response to any of my requests, so it's impossible to even make an appointment. Their bookkeeping is horrendous and their time management is almost nonexistent. If you're looking for a management company, keep looking.

Well these other reviews are pretty accurate. James Conway? More like James Con-artist. He has taken our HOA and ruined the state of our neighborhood. No answer calls or emails. Grass hasn’t been mowed in months. Water isn’t on. Dead trees all around the neighborhood. All while paying $300 in HOA costs for nothing. While every single other neighborhood in the area is up to date and well maintained. This company and manager are awful people and should not be in business.

I've only lived in my Condo unit for 6 months and the handling of my subdivision and property is lack thereof. From the landscaping to the maintenance/up keep of the units SP management your job is to manage. You haven't advise our board to raise assessments/dues in 10+ years. Projects that need completing are pushed to the side.
I guess the old saying is you get what you pay for. You're a management company so why haven't you been managing the board making suggestions on what to do? Your not taking residents concerns seriously it seems. I haven't been addressed by the board. My repairs issues are falling on deaf ears. I would definitely not purchase on any property they manage, because they don't care enough to speak up.

*Update repair was made. However, I would never hired the contractors they did to fix the job on my own. Lack of attention to detail was not given.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to give 0 stars on this company, otherwise I would. They do not deserve the one star I need to give to leave a review. Extremely unprofessional - I rarely receive an email or phone call back, usually I never do. Since I've been persistent, I was graced with a one sentence response that didn't answer anything. I can never get ahold of anyone and IF I do, they are very rude and condescending.

Lived here about four years. They don’t do much and when you call they just say they are understaffed. Today my car got towed with no warnings at all durning a pandemic because my plates were expired when my plates expiration date was actually extended due to the panic and the lost of my job. Terrible company and even though the condo themselves are wonderful I would never recommend anyone to live here and have to deal with this. I lost my job and now have to figure out how to get 300 dollars when I followed all the rules to get my car out of the impound. They did not send any type of warning to get my tag replaced they just took my car. Please take my warning and do not move to a place managed by sp management.

* NO STARS* SP Management is by far THE WORST management company. I email weekly expecting some type of resolution to the problems reported months ago and STILL nothing satisfactory is provided. I WISH I had access to know who the property management was before signing my closing papers to live at Chestnut Cove. Their contractors are rude and unprofessional as well. I am a first time homeowner as of March 2020 and have regretted this purchase since June 2020. Please spread the word and warn any future buyers. I am completely dumbfounded as to how this company is even able to operate.

We had a similar experience to many other people on this page, especially with unprofessional staff and calls not being returned.

We actually left our beautiful condominium as we felt we could no longer trust our association and the management company to make sound financial decisions.

Refused to replace bushes that are dying and missing right outside my front door. They told me I would have to wait until 2022. They aren't just kind of turning brown or wilting. They are literally missing and are twigs coming out of the ground. Completely stopped responding to me when I asked if there could be an exception as the shape they are in is completely unacceptable. It's embarrassing having people walk to my front door. I"m now spending $300 to replace them myself even though I pay monthly HOA fees.
