Spaven Real Estate and Property Management has helped me both as a property owner and as a renter. I've had the unique opportunity to view the management company in a 360 perspective. My home was a loss due to fire. I then found myself in need to rent a house. I needed a home as soon as possible. They were there when I needed them. did most of the property searches, credit check, and contract mainly by phone, fax, and online. The Spaven Company identified my needs and matched me to suitable properties. My insurance company had sent a list of homes to look at as well. Most of the insurance companies list met my needs and unique circumstances. With the Spaven company everything was processed swiftly and I was into a house in a couple of weeks. I moved it there were a couple of issues that needed attention. A company was quickly sent out to resolve the problem. Of course it doesn't end there. At move out time is when, as a renter, I thought I've got to leave this house in better condition than I received it. The deposit was from my personal funds which were depleting. After final walk through the Spaven Company had my full deposit ready much sooner than I expected. As a property owner I also felt the Spaven Company managed my properties well. Anything that needed to be taken care of or repaired, the Spaven Company did that at much lower costs than I could have had things done. The rent was always on time. I never had to worry about much. The Spaven Company was there for me and for the renters as well. I give them five stars. I highly recommend this Company with your rental needs.
