Rented a property from Spring Water for 2 years, I never had any issues in the home, and when repair issues came up they were addressed quickly.

I was in touch with Brendan and I had great turn around time for the repairs. In my time we only ever needed 2 repairs, one was a boiler issue which was replaced with a brand new one the next morning. The other was a refrigerator that broke down a few months before my 2 year lease was up, and that replacement was brand new as well.

The overall experience with the Spring Water team was great, they are very helpful, responsive, and caring.

I had the best experience with spring water management. No major issues with my property but any issue I had was immediately resolved with no problems. Brendan was always kind and helpful. I appreciate everything they did for me and my family.

The worst experience I've ever had with a rental company, hands down. I've lived in CO springs for about 5 years now, moved almost every year, so I have a lot of experience with rental companies and this is by far the worst. Too many examples to list of horrible treatment by this company. They rent houses that are VERY dirty, and expect them to be in even better shape when you are done with the lease. How does that work? Also they try to charge your deposit fee for things that were already broken when the house was rented. If you have the choice DO NOT go with the company, save yourself the headache trust me. And to not make this a totally bad review, the individuals that work there are "nice" to your face, so there's something to be said for that. But that's really the only nice thing I can conjure up about this company, they are the worst.

Brenden who works in the office is always so nice and polite. When we have any issues they are on it!! The heater was not working and Jessica came out of her way to bring us portal heaters until the issues was solved. Spring Water management is awesome!!

Allen is such a great guy who fixes things and does such a great job and he is always so respectful and nice when he comes to complete a work order!! He'll even see something that wasn't even a work order and he will fix it!!!

I am happy to do business with Spring Water Management team!!

I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews but I strongly disagree. This company is GREAT! I won't mention names but everyone in this office does a great job. They are organized and efficient at what they do. The lease agreement was thorough and included absolutely everything. And considering how tough it is to find a good Tennant that truly cares about a rental property and cleans the house before they vacate it make it even harder on companies like spring water management. So I feel like they are definitely one of the better companies to go with. But as a note to renters... bring your A game. This place isn't for the Tennant that is a slob or a person who puts holes in the walls. If you do that than expect to get your security deposit back then you are the reason for double deposits and background checks. Just respect the agreement and the property and they will be the best company around. I've been with them for over a year and a half and would recommend them to everyone...

At first I was excited about the property I was interested in with Spring Water and happy about how polite Brandon seemed and was. But that didn't last long at all. He would disappear for long stretches of time, or be extremely hard to contact when expected to carry through with their commitments. I felt like he was much more interested in making me, the customer, work around his personal schedule than he was in acting like the company should do that for renters. They still spoke cordially to me, but I consistantly felt like I was being lied to or purposefully mislead after the first few initial conversations. Things were handled in a very backwards way almost entirely. I'm not even sure the property they listed was actually available. And I was so excited about it too.

BEWARE , they will tale your deposit and you might have to pay some back. Same as other reviewers have said. They rent you a dirty house and do a full house inspection and they make sure they take all tour deposit. If you are unlucky to do business with this company ASK for a move out checklist when you moving in so you know what they will charge you for. We got a dirty house and broken stuff, when we were moving out they charger us even for eve nail hole in the wall (were there when we move in, my wife use the nail people use to attach paper to boards). Backyard had a lot of trash (they send somebody to clean in but they just stuck everything in one corner, when we move out they charges us for putting new grass and do pretty much a house upgrade for them. They are NOT MILITARY friendly. I was in the field when it was time to renew (after 4 year living at that house) when i got back it was already within the 30 days and I told them we wanted to renew but they said “its too late we have a tenant cause we sent you a letter to renew and now we are with 30 days of the end of the contract” so they sent me to court to make sure we leave by the end of the lease. They do talk friendly to you if you are looking for a backstabbing company they are not rude.

Be careful. We put in an application here without talking to anyone first, hoping to have a chance of being considered, paid $80. Never heard from anyone. We tried calling, leaving messages, emailing, stopping by. Nothing, no response.
