We have been working with XiaoXiao at S.S.A. over the past few years for both our business and personal returns. I fail to see the difference in the services I received from Xiaoxiao Corbell at SSA, PC for the $3,000 tax preparation fee + over $1,000 for bookkeeping I paid last year. These fees were more than half of my income for 2022. The previous year I paid much less as a new client, I guess. I just finished a tax class and discovered numerous deductions Xiaoxiao never mentioned were appropriate for my profession. For a $3,000 tax preparation fee, I would expect extraordinary service which I did not experience.
