SMX is a highly inconsiderate company they have little to no regard for their employees health and overall well-being the 7 months I (unfortunately) was employed at this unprofessional establishment was one of the worst experiences ever
they only care about you showing up to work and making sure that their company meets their quota... Plenty of times these people would scramble at the last minute to get the health and safety standard codes up to par for the powers that be...
Turn around a few days later and continue the same unprofessional unsanitary practices if these companies knew how gross these people are with the food I was a dock worker and my job was taken everything that came from LAX off of a flight and putting things back to where they belong....
These people are so nasty and unprofessional they go to Great lengths to recycle old packaged food snacks beverages etc
They literally use old products and redistribute them to latter flights ✈️
The bottom line is that whole place needs to be reconstructed within the staff and also needs to be more oversight to monitor the unprofessionalism and filthiness that this company displays everyday almost as if nothing will happen....
Unfortunately the unprofessionalism and lack of oversight and respect not only from the SMX staff and employees but also adjacent companies in that same building I would not recommend anyone to ever work for these people they literally do not care ⛹🏿… And after a month of me posting the terrible horrid work environment that SMX hid for so long you guys are finally closed weekends now I wonder why 🏊🏾‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️🤔
