The tax firm I had been using for several years went through some personnel changes and I found myself looking for a new company. I researched several possible companies and was surprised to find only one company whose owner took the time to personally respond to every review posted about his company….favorable or not. This spoke volumes to me about the level of professionalism one might get on their tax returns so I gave Chris Starks a try. I was impressed by the fact that I wasn't treated like a cattle call as I had been at my previous tax preparer firm. I was even more impressed by Chris' proactive approach to preparing my returns and in depth knowledge of tax codes that allowed for more deductions than ever before that reduced my tax liability to practically zero…. first time ever in years! Heck, I even got back a State tax refund (can’t recall the last time that has happened). My only regret is that I have not been using Chris Starks firm to prepare my taxes for the past several years. Would I recommend Chris Starks? I think the answer is hands down obvious…hell yeah!
