This company is the most unprofessional management I have ever come in contact with. Sept 4, 2024 I applied for an apartment for my mother. Paid $20 application fee. Sept 9 I asked for an update. They told me 5 more business days. Sep 20, they text me to tell me they rented the apartment but there is another available. I agree and they state they still have no answer on application status. Sept 23, they tell me my mom needs a cosigner. I say I will cosign. The next day they send me another application to file for myself and pay another $20 to cosign. Oct1 I ask for an update. No answer. Oct 3 I ask for an update, no answer. Oct 4 they respond and say no decision yet. Oct 14 I ask again and apparently someone was out sick and is coming back tomorrow and I will have an answer. Oct 16, Oct 17 I ask and no answer. Oct 22 I ask for update and person handling app is sick again and just got back. Oct 23 no answer. Oct 24 they say they will find out but I can email company and ask too. I emailed. No response as of today Nov 7. Oct 31 management wants an ADDTL 3 paystubs from me. I send immediately. Nov 4 i receive an email stating to click the link for the decision. I click the link and it opens a webpage that says "access to your screening report has expired". Again I contact the company and have no answers. At this point, I would not rent for them if they paid ME. However, this is a nice scam to get $40 out of every person who applies.

Great apartments, beautiful hardwood floors, and a gas fireplace. These are some of the nicest apartments to live in, in the Syracuse area. The landlord is nice and all maintenance was done in a timely fashion. Overall one of the nicest places I have lived.

They just bought Palace Court Apartment in north Syracuse. Very nice people. Had couple maintenance issues. Everything was fixed in timely fashion. Very nice maintenance guy. Got the job done. Thanks

Lived here about a year. My car was recently vandalized while parked here overnight. Management says there is nothing they can do --- but they could put up cameras or make other security precautions. Until they do, not sure if I will always feel safe living here.

Office manager was extremely understanding and empathetic. Maintenance responded quickly. Would definitely recommend this place.
