On July 1, 2024 I had a new heat pump/air conditioner installed at my home by Superior Heating and Cooling. The air handler installed has had a severe sweating problem from day 1. There have been several repairmen who have looked at the problem, taken pictures and made adjustments to the settings to no avail. I attempted to contact a supervisor to express my dissatisfaction and try to seek a solution to no avail. I was told by one of the repairmen that he was recommending a new unit to replace the defective equipment that was installed and again nothing has happened. I have lodged complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals Office. I would not recommend Superior Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for quality service or products. I made my $10,000 mistake and hope nobody else does.

I only have great things to say about this company and I always recommend them. Any time I have needed anything Mark has responded quickly and has taken take of any problems with my unit, it was fairly new when I purchased my home but it was not installed by Superior but they have been my go to. I did have the duct work replaced under my home last week and Ariel and Kyle did a great job Thanks guys. A big Thank you to Ashley who works in the office for being such a delight when I paid my bill.

Awful! Paid almost $8000 for a new ac and duct work because mine was flooded. Had them back out twice because ac wouldn't work. While my vapor barrier guys were here they said my ducts are old, broken and full of water, I asked them to pull out the ducts and saw for myself. All superior could say was we don't know why that happened and we will fix it tomorrow. Also the wires for the ac are hanging there and exposed. Stay away from them. Total hacks.

Today your Technician Shawn Paradise came to my home to service my heating and cooling system. He gets 5 stars. He was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, very informative, easy to relate to and friendly. He addressed all my heat and cooling needs and answered several questions and concerns regarding any future needs I may need. I would highly recommend this company.

I purchased a brand new unit from this company in July/2024. The installation only took a few hours when I was told it would take half a day I found out at the first cold snap that the heat portion of the insulation never happened!
I’m upset the most because this company has jerked me around for 2 weeks! I still have yet to have a service person install the heat. The temperature inside my house is 58* !!!
I would not recommend them at all. 0/10 would NOT recommend!

Just wanted to make note. Had a new AC installed several months ago by Superior.
There were a few small issues that needed to be addressed.
Today was that day they were out did an awesome service job checked everything over. Completed all as they had promised during the initial deal and more.
The hurricane sold things down, of course, which we understood.
But I want to chalk one up for Mark at Superior who took awesome care of us!
But over the last several weeks, Mark and Superior went over and above to make sure everything was just the way it should be thank you guys. God bless you all.🙏

12/7/24 - had fan motor replaced on 12/6/24, a/c was working fine but did not notice heat was not working until later that night when turned it on before bedtime, called answering service in the morning and received a return call from Sydney almost immediately! Very pleasant and professional, contacted her field tech. Mike who was able to come out later in evening and remedy the problem. Mike was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. This was all done on a Saturday and was the best experience we’ve had since we bought the unit in 2020, also want to give a shout out to JD (tech.) that replaced the fan motor on Friday 12/6, these three professionals are a credit to this company, thank u so much!!! I've been a loyal customer of Superior for many years and have always been impressed by their ability to resolve any issues! Recently, I encountered a problem with my heating element and the tech arrived the same day - he took his time to thoroughly explain the issue and the solution.
