This picture sums up Tallfield pretty well. This shattered glass has been sitting here for over two weeks and 70% of the residents here have dogs.

I reached out on the app a week ago for some help and it's been crickets.

I never expect management companies to be helpful and yet somehow I'm always disappointed when the prove me right.

This is the worst property management company I've ever worked with. I was charged $35 Administration Fee due to an issue with their online payment system, which is outdated and full of errors. I tried resolving the issue with them, but their Accounting person Miguel Crespo was very rude and unprofessional. He claimed it is my fault, that their payment system didn't process my payment correctly. As others said, this company is only good in protecting the board. They don't care about actual homeowners needs.

5 Stars all the way! I have worked, as a vendor, for Tallfield Management throughout the years. If you are seeking a management company that views everything objectively in making proactive and reactive decisions, than that this is the right company to utilize for your property.

‌‌‌‌‌‌I have to say that Tallfiend and Daisy Vazquez are among the best property management companies I have dealt with as a homeowner and a licensed Realtor®. I deal with quite a few companies and property managers when trying to get a buyer or renter approved or gather information on different communities required when listing a client's home for sale. Sadly, most management companies and property managers are horrible and unprofessional, which is a disservice to you as a property owner and your community. Daisy at Tallfied is exceptional and a rare breed in this business. She responds quickly and provides excellent customer service. If you live and own in a community with an HOA or Condo Association you need to get them to hire Tallfield and Daisy to manage the community! I highly recommend them.

This company is a joke.
They are unprofessional and incompetent. Tallfield Management have zero regard for their customers and their hard-earned money. Their behavior is a disgrace to the business world, and they should be ashamed of themselves. They will literally find ways to charge fees to get money out of you. Biggest mistakes I've made was buying a property in that community. The whole team needs to be replace with people that really know what they doing.

Tallfield is a disgraceful company. Impossible to get on line and set up payments. They are overpriced ! Our small 31 unit community they doubled the fees from the other company and added more erroneous charges. Homeowners beware. They should not be in business

Tallfield management has no regard for the residents of the communities they "work for" their only concern is to shield the board that hired them from the residents. If you call them with a question or concern you get no help. Email word games is all you get from them. Residents with concerns or complaints are treated like adversaries rather than people with legitimate problems.
