Company agreed to take on my corporate taxes and personal and I never heard back from them till I called. They set up with a kid that said he was my guy but real busy and he would get back to me. I had to call everytime to get update and finally guy just started ghosting me. Then got upset asked to talk to Kyle the owner because I was a old customer from years ago. He brought me in the office and had a meeting. I told him I contacted them in the end of January because my tax guy got to sick so he retired and I contacted them. I asked if the kid that talk to filed my extension because by this time it was to late to put it in. He looked said no I got mad. We sat their he said he would work on it. I gave another 3 weeks had to call back cause again no follow up from anyone. Secretary said he was out of country because he was taking vacation after corporate extension date. I asked if extension was Files she said she saw personal was but didn't know about corporate. I figured it was since she saw the personall. Tried contacting and leaving 4 to 5 messages to call me and never gpt call text or email. Finally I told the secretary to forget the service did I owe for extension I will take my business somewhere else. She said no. So whatever a couple more weeks later I get a call from a man their saying he was told to call and let me know they can't take on my taxes after dragging me from January to May by this time do to to much customers that year. I said I already got someone else but did want to make sure my extension was filed and he said it wasn't that I came in to late to meet with kyle. I reached out for their service in January. So now I was hit with fines and the works. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and shady. If ypu can't count on the owner to fix his employees mess then the heart of the company is compromised. I would never ever call this company again!

I've been with them for years. They do my taxes and are always so helpful. Always there to answer a question or help me if any situation arises. They care about their clients. I appreciate that so much. Would recommend them to anyone

Worst firm I've ever dealt with. Promises the world but delivers nothing. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else... Kyle and his associates are not worth your time.
