One of the worst experiences of my life. I’ve dealt with many attorneys but this one takes the cake. I lost not one but two deals, as the sellers both walked away due to Robert’s inability to compromise. I of course made the mistake of listening to him. He is so sure of himself that I made decisions I wouldn’t normally make. Both sellers said the same thing. The purchase agreements are too slanted to the buyer aka me. I tried to explain to him life isn’t 100%. You have to compromise. If you are looking for a lawyer to help you buy a business I’d look elsewhere. I’ll admit the broker on the second deal was a mess as well but the purchase agreement on that deal is already signed in one day. I spent 30 days and couldn’t get it done
