If I could give this organisation 0 stars I would! Check out my review on their Facebook page for a more detailed review. Case manager & my daughter’s behaviour specialist agreed per a safety plan we had in place for my daughter that they would help me transport my daughter to & from inpatient for safety reasons as well as my own transportation issues! My room mates car is not reliable enough for long distance travel. We had an urgent situation where my daughter was detained & taken to the ER for mental health related issues. I was worried about being able to pick her up. I am already taking time off work. Her case manager & behaviour specialist ASSURED me they had my back & would help me get her back. The facility is releasing my daughter earlier than they said they would. My daughter’s psych pushed for more time as she felt my daughter was being released too soon. The care coordinator at the mental health facility became rude with the doctor & eventually with me. He told me that it was made known to him by my daughter’s case manager that her team would be transporting me down there per her safety plan to pick her up & I need to coordinate with her team a time window we would be there Tuesday. They said they do releases between 10am & midnight. He said to please contact him before 3pm because Monday is a holiday. I called my daughters team. They backpedaled on our plan that was THEIR idea in the first place. They kept ghosting me. Barely replying at all. As instructed I contacted Columbus supervisor & regional team lead because what do you know this is URGENT & the team kept ignoring my calls & guess what the supervisors all went to voicemail how CONVENIENT. Memorial Day is not Friday. It is MONDAY. They went back & forth between ghosting me & making excuses even though I told them I needed a time window when we would arrive because I had to let him know before 3. They still refused to give me any time frame. They know the facility will not facilitate discharge transportation even if I were to get down there. But suggested that even though they said in the first place that they would make sure I got there & back. Then my daughters BC said to have the doctor push for more time instead when she was aware that the facility straight out said no to both me & my daughters psych. They threatened to contact DCS if I was not there by 10am Tuesday to pick her up. He chose the time window for me because he got the impression we were just trying to leave my daughter there. I begged & pleaded with Christy & Teena to quickly let me know what they were going to do to help. They just kept ignoring me at that point. The same people that said they had my back & created this safety plan that they aren’t even following. I am so livid with this organisation & the waiver system in general. I’m facing a $600 round trip fee via Lyft knowing that I won’t be able to pay my own bills if I do that. Thankfully I may be able to borrow a more reliable vehicle & go down by myself yes with no regard to the safety plan in place because they decided to drop the ball. They assured me they would get me there & back because this was a part of her safety plan. Now they don’t want to follow through with it. All Teena & Christy did was gossip about it & not take any consideration. I no longer want their services. Not like they have done anything that kept my child from having to go in there in the first place. What have they really done to help her? Zilch. Supervisors are supposed to be on call during the day for emergencies & they weren’t. More worried about their 4 day weekend. Lazy horrible people. Memorial Day is Monday not Friday. It’s also reserved for families who lost someone in the service. NOT for them to sit on their behinds grilling & drinking with their families. You all could give a flying F**K less about the families you serve. Please feel free to send me whatever I need to sign to term waiver services. The only benefit remotely helping my daughter is music therapy. Her music therapist has been totally awesome for the last several years!

Waited 10 months for my daughter to get a waiver slot. I picked out this company for case management, someone called me over a week ago, said they would get back in touch with me, but never did, I left over twelve messages, and not one return phone call.

I don't care for my case manager she is disrespectful emotionally involved and doesn't listen to me she is unprofessional inconsiderate and should do her job not not let her personal feelings get in the way.she has disrespected my wife and her team I would like to have one that can do her after Wednesday 's meeting.

I have been trying to get a case manager for four months and yes two emails were sent from a young lady who works there. I have not been able to get any responses.please send my files to one of the other case manager companies since you don't have any case managers available in south bend/Mishawaka,In.area.
