Zero respect for the community. They have broken ground directly between the two DaVinci academy elementary buildings to build another cash cow apartment complex in complete disregard for the safety of the children attending these schools. There will also no longer be parking available for drop off, pickup, or school events. This is true even on the adjacent public street as it is now a loading and unloading zone for the new complex. Construction is taking place mere feet from the school buildings. How this went through zoning permits without public input is a mystery and disgrace.

Thank you for building apartments within feet of a school making an educational environment unsafe and difficult for parents and kids to access the school building. The school wanted to buy that lot and you wanted to make MONEY and build housing in between 2 school buildings. What a money grab. I hope your proud of the chaos you have caused the school staff, the students, the families, and the businesses nearby. The school luckily did such a great job to make the most of the trouble you're making with this new development but honestly, you couldn't find any where in your hearts to build apartments someplace else? What a joke.

(This company thinks about profit rather than children.) Building an apartment on a parking spot that needs to be for an elementary school rather than allowing the school to buy the parking spot from your company is ridiculous. Now all of these little children won't have a safe environment to get dropped off and picked up. I am a parent who takes my little child to that school and now traffic is going to be a nightmare for all the parents and anyone who lives in those apartments are not going to be happy either. Children can miss their education because there isnt a parking spot or enough space for parents to bring their kids to school on time. There are so many kids that go to that school, its going to be a huge mess. Poor business move on your part.

A company single handedly responsible for turning most of northern utahs property's from actually affordable housing to 7 million dollar plots of land and 2k rent being cheap, look into areas around their apartments and their consistent bought for cheap and then offered on the market for millions, small garage on lincon near one of their apartments, they bought it for 170k, it's on the market for 9mil, just to make their 3500  rent right next door look cheap, anybody apart of lotus has lost their humanity and should not be given the same rights as a person

Jake from The Lotus Company has been an absolute lifesaver! As the supervisor overseeing the construction of my unit, he has shown unwavering dedication and professionalism. Not once, but twice, Jake went above and beyond to swiftly resolve a persistent water leak issue in my home.

His responsiveness and care for residents like me are truly commendable. On New Year’s Day, a time when most people would be enjoying their holiday, Jake promptly responded to my distress call and swiftly took action. Despite it being a holiday, he quickly coordinated with Andrew from S & B Plumbing, ensuring a prompt fix for my unit.

Not only did Jake ensure that Andrew promptly attended to the plumbing issue, but he also continued to actively oversee the repair progress. His commitment to ensuring the job was done right didn’t stop there. Jake has been hands-on, even assisting with patching and painting the walls himself, showcasing his dedication and care for a job well done.

Jake’s professionalism, genuine concern, and willingness to go the extra mile for residents like me are unparalleled. His proactive nature in scheduling additional contractors to fix the drywall and wall paint after the plumbing repair truly speaks volumes about his commitment to ensuring a complete resolution.

Jake the project Manager at Vaseo townhomes in Lehi is top notch. Had a very minor issue and he treated it as if I’m priority. Great customer service, awesome personality, and very professional. Kept me in the loop the entire process. I recently moved from Maryland to Utah and he even gave me good pointers on places to visit. As a plumbing technician, he delivered service to me the same way I treat my customers. Thank you Lotus company and thank you Jake!
