We have been renting from them for only a month but from the beginning we have had a wonderful experience. Debi was so sweet and willing to work with our schedule when it came to paperwork and signing. So far everything has been great with no major issues and the house is perfect for our small family! I noticed a lot of reviews of her not responding well but considering she also has other things going on besides just our family I feel like she responds in an understandable time frame! So far the property manager has been fantastic and we are grateful to have found such a wonderful landlord!

I absolutely loved the property that Debi rented us. It was move in ready and well taken care of. She worked with us ever since day one. Even though she runs her own business and it should be all about business, she has always been a delightful person and wants her renters to be happy. Anything that was wrong with the house she managed to fix in a timely matter and yes, it even included weekends. Example, the spring broke on our garage door on a Saturday afternoon and Debi managed to get someone out to fix it the same day. I have really enjoyed my experience with The Property Manager and could recommend friends and family.

I honestly can't say enough good things about this management company! I sold my home in May of this year and moved in to a rental home that this company is managing. Debi Harding helped make my transition very smooth and helped accommodate all my needs. I have had a couple repairs that needed to be done and they were taken care of promptly! The repair people have been fantastic and trustworthy. I am so pleased with my rental home and feel very comfortable and confident knowing that this management company is dependable and will make sure my home needs are taken care of.

I have been leasing a property administered by The Property Manager for more than a year. We lived in a home rented to us by Debi for 4 years in Broken Arrow. It is the nicest place we have lived, for the most affordable price. Any time there was a maintenance concern, Debi had someone there within an hour. I was amazed at the pace at which issues are addressed. Debi is great to work with, and especially quick to return maintenance requests from her website. She always coordinates with any maintenance crews so that you don't have to deal with that aspect, they just call you to make sure they can come over and fix the issue. Debi is very professional and has returned my calls as soon as she was next available. I would definitely rent again from her company, or let her manage a rental property that I owned.

I have rented from the Property Manager for 7 years. I have in that time rented three different properties. Each time i had to move it was as easy as transferring my electric service. Im a single Dad with 3 children and for the major task of finding a new place, Debi and Kristin have been so wonderful and helpful to me and my family. In Sept 2012 i was living in a loft condo when my x-wife died of cancer. Suddenly I was a single Dad with 3 children full time in a small apartment. By November Debi had found me a nice big house in a great neighbor in South Broken Arrow. Two years later, when the owners of that house decided to sell , again Debi came through for me and got me a great renovated house within 30 days. All I can say is Thank You. Any repairs or fixes required have always been (in my experience) been handled in a fast efficient manner from her great support team.
