Renters Beware! I leased a home with Title One Management for 3 years. The move in process was made easy all a while the representive was helpful and responsive. The house was not in great condition and Paint throughtout was not matched in many places. Scheduling home repairs with contractors during occupancy is difficult as well.

Upon move out the company will capitalize on tenants who maintained their home well. Charging for paint in already poorly painted areas and deducting from the "deposit held".

We followed all move out instructions to include using their costly vendors for professional Carpet and home cleaning(submitted receipts totally over $570 as required). They are Charging the tenant for paint in a home that was not paint matched to begin with! I will only get back a small portion of my deposit held as the company morally wrongs their good tenants. Lesson learned, renters beware!

It was amazing to work with Mr. Leo Fernandez - he was incredibly swift with getting us onboarded into our new place.

I will say that you have to be very picky about your homes though; not all the properties they manage are handled very well. When we first moved into our new place, there was just problem after problem, but it's slowly getting better with scheduling repairs and what now.

Website clearly states you are clear if your eviction is more than 5 years ago. After we paid $150 for an application. The only thing holding our application was an eviction I had from almost 7 years ago in October. Unfortunately, I made a bad decision of lending my credit to a family member that didn’t continue their end of the lease. Nonetheless explain my situation to Leo Fernandez, who refused to help us. Even after I stated his policy said five years, he gave me the excuse that is still Shows on my record. I offered to pay a higher deposit, and his response was regardless I was going to charge a higher deposit. I’m sorry what? I even asked him if I could speak to the property owner and he said that the one that makes the decisions is him. He was rude and even after paying the high application fee having clean backgrounds and credit he offered no help or solutions and just turned us away. Goes to show how much he is willing to help his customers . I Don’t recommend this company rent directly from owners they understand situations and are willing to work directly with you. Without stealing $175 from honest ppl and then not standing by their companies criteria’s.

Leo was an absolute angle. Moving and finding a place is such a stressful process, but after a horrible experience with a different leasing agency, Leo turned the whole thing around. He was so attentive, answered all of our questions and got us an approval within less than a week of applying. We always felt like a priority and never an after thought or nuisance. Leo is one of the most responsive and professional leasing coordinators I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We moved from LA to Atlanta and undertaking a cross-country move can be one of the most overwhelming experiences, but Leo made the process stress-free and enjoyable. He answered our long list of questions without any hassle and even now that we are in our new home he is still just as responsive and helpful. Really helpful and attentive staff. I chose to move forward with Title One Management after a failed experience with another property management company. Amanda and Leo were extremely helpful throughout the leasing process. I could reach out to Amanda via text and expected her to be super responsive in the early stages when I was still putting feelers out for other property management companies. I also received weekly updates regarding my property during the initial lease process and once a tenant was secured, Leo sent me immediate correspondences to give me updates on the status of the move-in, etc. Thanks to the team at Title One - I know that my property is in good hands!
