If I could give less stars I would. This company was a headache as early as the rental property viewing process. Vince Joseph was the manager of the Round Rock property we moved to and he is simply terrible. He speaks in a very rude tone, he refuses to help in any situation, and is lazy. We were locked out of our property one evening and he refused to help although he had a spare key. His response was “hire a locksmith”. He rarely answers the phone but tends to engage in screaming matches if he does. He is EXTREMELY unprofessional as is most of the staff. Upon move out, the things they attempted to charge us for were ridiculous (like the picking up of rabbit poo). Steer clear of this company! Other property managers in the area refuse to work with them and I wish I had listened. Nothing but a terrible experience.

I am a property renter of this management group. I have had no issues with them. They have been fair to deal with and responsive to any requests I've made. However, I do consider myself an exemplary tenant and will even improve a rental based on my interest to be in a nice environment. We love our place!

I would not recommend these people. If ANYTHING goes wrong, get your checkbook out. I moved into a house from an apartment to get away from this kind of stuff, and I will tell you, get ready. You will be extremely dissapointed. You will have to send 1000 pictures before anything will "try" to be resolved. And I'm not joking....or they will almost want you to resolve the problem from troubleshooting......it's ignorant. Good Luck!!!!!

This company is absolutely the worst with responding to maintenance issues. They fight with you every step of the way, are extremely rude, will tell you whatever just to get off the phone, and then never come. I have never in my life experienced any type of maintenance company just refuse services. Very unprofessional anyone thinking about using them should not.

We communicated a self-guided tour with date and time, and sent license pictures as requested. Upon tour time, we were not provided a code and when we called the agent multiple times with no answer, he finally picked up and told us the property had been closed as another family had an approved application. Complete waste of time. Will not be leasing from this company
