Rachell has done a fabulous job for us, both as a property manager and as a sales agent for our house. She managed our house in Evanston (we lived in AZ for two years and in France for one) without any snags. She also made numerous recommendations on how to prepare our house for rental and sale, and we wound up doing all of them. It worked beautifully - the house rented in 9 days for more than we expected and, 2.5 years later, it sold within 24 hours for the original listing price! Her descriptions of the house on both the rental and sales listing were accurate and highlighted its benefits without overselling.
She is extremely practical, very client-oriented, proactive,, and very, very reliable. She is also very easy to work with and very responsive. For property management, she did a great job of keeping us informed and of managing any maintenance needed for the tenants or the house in general. For the sale of the house, she did some extra things to help ensure it went smoothly - which we really appreciated. In short, we can't recommend her strongly enough. Your house/apartment and tenants will be safe and well cared for if you work with her!
