Worth noting the "5 star" reviews here are generally from people that get paid by or work with them, the lower ones are owners who encountered them just by living in a location using their services. As an owner, I was appalled they were so unprofessional but if you read their responses, you might notice the "not my job" approach they take.
I suppose my biggest concern is how bad the communication skills are, a primary value add of this role. They blame the boards, and say they're just too busy to respond in a reasonable timeline, I'm curious why they feel it's important to have more work than they can handle.
Missed emails, calls never works, terrible project management (costs us hundreds of dollars extra a few times now because of their inability to communicate), and generally a terrible liaison for the unfortunately bad board I have. They've even helped our board break the Alberta Condo Act several times now, another key function it seems.
I'd recommend going anywhere else unless it's your boards hope to break your bylaws and the condo act. When you read these reviews you'll notice they blame anyone else and never take accountability, they just aren't very professional and seem keen on making money, not helping.

Unit Management has been our property management company for 5 years and has really helped us turn things around. Under our previous management company our condo fees had increased almost 40% in one year, and contractors used by that management company billed us more than once for work they hadn't done. After Unit Management took over, our management fees decreased and we have had better service from contractors at lower cost. We were able to reduce our condo fees the first year and had two years with no increase. Good work, June and Unit Management!

I like that a live person picks up the phone. Unit Management has retained our building as it’s client since 2006. I like that we haven’t had multiple managers reassigned to us every year and kept the same one, and our manager knows the history of our complex. They are more hands on than other companies since their portfolio is smaller. Our condo fees went down, which pleasantly surprised the auditor for the building at our AGM as that is a rarity. We as owners have benefited from a long relationship with our management company.
