This company is out for that $75.00 application fee. Once it was paid couldn't reach anyone to speak with about the application. Was constantly told they were trying to reach the owner, and that all my paperwork was good. Finallyreceived a text message saying the credit they couldn't approve. Be aware there was a notice on the door of the unit saying Scammers beware. I think they are scamming.

I was paying $850 a month for a crammed 1 bedroom apartment, I had to break my lease early because I lost my job at the time, they said no worries, we will just take your $800 deposit. 4 MONTHS LATER I get a bill sent to me saying I owe $1,500 dollars for past due rent, and if I don’t pay it, it’s going to collections. (I never missed one payment). Come to find out the $1,500 I owe is from “Damage” from my cat.. the cat broke one of the window blinds… (probably $40) To my knowledge, that’s why I paid a $280 pet deposit plus a monthly pet fee. I will remove this review when they make it right. until then, ZERO STARS

I lived in the Brady Apartments, Rich, lisa and katie, kept everything very clean, freshly painted, trash never overflowed, and he was at the building frequently. The lawn always looked nice as well as the parking lot. Never had issues with bugs or
Much maintenance at all really. If you received warnings or were asked to make some changes , I found they were fair and reasonable in time.this location is perfect. I would live here longer if I wasn't moving states!

I have lived in two of Venture Management's locations and have been happy with both experiences. The rental process was quick and easy both times. My units both happened to have new carpet, were clean, and smelled fresh. My recent maintenance requests have all been handled by the end of the day. It's easy to see VM takes pride in their properties, and most of the staff/management I've interacted with seem to care about keeping good relationships with tenants.

I live in the Norwalk Apartments. I really like living here! It's quiet and my neighbors are very friendly. The management team is also very responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. Maintenance requests are completed quickly (sometimes the very next day!) You also pay rent online which makes it really easy. I would definitely recommend this place. The only downside is during the warmer months I get spiders that get in through my windows, but I kill them off quickly and they don't bother me much.

I'm moving out of the Northtown Apartments after 2.5 years of living there. I have nothing negative to say about these apartments. They're nice apartments that are well-managed. The property manager is very responsive to your needs. If these apartments were closer to where I work, I would continue to live here. However, I've been getting sick of my long commute, so I ended up finding someplace closer to work. All in all, Venture Management has been, by far, the best rental agency that I have ever rented through. I hope my new landlord is the same way.
