The landscaping hasn't been done for nearly a year despite many emails chasing them up - not sure why we are paying service charges!! Spoken to other residents and everyone has the same complaint. The bushes are overgrown and ragged on both sides of the driveway and has greatly restricted the space for the car and lots of spiderwebs across the front door as a result and large horrible spiders coming into the house and inside the car!! Absolutely poor service!!

They don't do anything! I've been chasing them for 9 months to provide quotes for essential works and they still haven't done anything.

Note: The VFM response is in relation to a totally separate issue that has nothing to do with this review. I note that:

1) The comment is in relation to the drive works and garage roof repairs; and

2) The comment below is completely misleading noting that you sent two contractors to the property. The first contractor did not mention anything about boiler insulation and the second stated that it was possible that the boiler was cause the problems described but also confirmed that the roof was also contributing to issues.

Terrible service have raised issues over the phone was promised a call back haven’t had anything I’ve sent two emails had no reply but in the mean time they have emailed to check we have the correct details for payment . Our block has had no outdoor night lights for several weeks and that is a health and safety hazard and the intercom door entry system does not work issues raised 7 weeks ago .
