If I could give these people 0 stars I would. they never answer the phone when trying to escalate a matter about their property. I have had to call the health department on them and they still are dragging their feet. they moved me into a slum apartment w my 5 month old daughter. bursting pipes, sinks not draining, loose outlets, holes in the floors for critters to get into, cob webs in their units, they lie so much and nobody holds these people accountable. This is quite literally renting with the devil.

edit: I love how it takes them 3 hours to respond to a review but it's been a month since leaving their corporate office a voicemail. they're saying the corporate office will be reaching out to me, which i highly doubt because ive already called numerous times. ill keep updating though!

Horrible company to be a vendor for. They do not respond to email and return phone calls. Strongly reccomend getting payment first before selling or serviceing any of their communities. Ya they do not respond within 24 hours like their voicemail says.

I lived happily at The Village Apts in Albany for 9 years until the management was changed to vicina. After that everything went downhill. They raised the rent almost $300 and wouldn’t fix anything forcing us to move out. After almost 2 years they sent me a bill for a month worth of rent even though I had moved out before the next month’s rent date. They deserve all of these 1 star reviews. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

They manage the complex I am unfortunately renting from right now in Texas. HORRIBLE company, as you can see from all the 1 star reviews. It’s no surprise they hire people who don’t care to have things fixed. Looks like they may have a lawsuit coming their way.

Horrible company to rent with. They will screw you over every chance they get and take every cent they can from you. When that is not good enough they will pay for debt collectors to come after you and not respond to any emails or phone calls. If I could give zero stars I would. They are CRIMINALS.

They are slum lords. This property management company is violating many state and federal housing laws. The property that they manage at Grove Adams in Atlanta, GA has been neglected by them. They don't pay vendors so the amenities that they charge us for like pest control and trash pick up are not being executed. Currently, the leasing office has been closed for two weeks.
