Second Update: This company keeps giving horrible service. They don't enforce parking and it is horrible. There is a side of our community where we only have on entrance/ exit to that part of the townhomes and this entrance/exit is narrow and cars will park right on that entrance/exit all the time and the management won't enforce their parking policies. I have emailed them several times and they won't even answer them. In regards to the holes that we were having in the road well those are coming back in the same spots too. If you are looking for a management company please do yourselves a favor and look for a different one. This one is a joke.

Update: They finally finished fixing the road even though it took them all summer. They painted the areas near the mail boxes and the dumpsters red. Let's see if they actually enforce parking like they said they would.

This company manage Sprint Creek Townhomes in Provo and have done a horrible job. Other than cutting the grass and sprinkling salt when snow has fallen they haven't done anything. There is no parking control here. People will park in front of dumpsters and mailboxes everyday and one side of the Townhomes only have one entrance/ exit and people will sometimes block have of the entrance because they will park there as well and this company will do nothing. Last time I tried to contact them their response was: " Oh I’m sorry! We are in the middle of switching management or something around those lines. To make matters worse there are potholes on the road and the way they "Fix it" is to fill them with rocks. Have of one of the roads was destroyed this summer. I guess they were going to do something. Thing is they never finish what they were going to do and what they did after destroying the road was to guess what cover it with rocks. My rental company even say it is really hard to contact this people so if you like really bad service then this is your company if not look somewhere else.

This is a terrible HOA company. We pay them 300 dollars a month to do nothing. There was a water leak above my husbands covered parking spot that caused the roof above my husbands car to slowly cave in on itself. We called HOA countless time but they did nothing until the roof fell onto his car. Forget about all terrible wasp infestation they won’t deal with

NEVER BUY A HOUSE IN THE ESTAGATE COMUNITY PROVO EASTGATE DRIVE THEY HAVE RAISE THE HOA FEES 8 TIMES IN A YEAR ALMOST NOW WE ARE PAYIBG 230 DOLLARS A MONTH AND THE HOA ONLY KNOWS HOW TO GET THE HOA PRICES UP ALSO THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS NOT SO GOOD EVERYONE IS UP TO YOUR BUSINESS AND THEY DONT HAVE. A WEBSITE BUT IF YOU ARE THINKING ON BUYING A TIWNHOUSE AT THE PROVO EASTGATE DRUVE DONT YOU WILL REGRET IT .

Jake has been very helpful. We had two issues with HOA payments and he was quick to respond and help in a satisfactory manner. I'm no big fan of HOAs as past experience has not always been good, but this far my experience with Jake has been a positive one.

Speaking from a Title Company POV, HOAs can be really hard to get in touch with and really hard to work with. Jake was FANTASTIC and made getting a payoff statement for the property so easy! He was super polite and helpful over the phone and over email, and responded to my requests VERY quickly. He gave me all the information I needed, and even gave me some extra documents to help the new buyers switch over the account. One of my favorite HOA management teams to work with!
