I just moved here . I love the nice, clean atmosphere. The amenities are awesome. Different lightening to feel your glare . The open concept is everything. The leasing agent Blake is awesome. He gave me a nice showing of the place along with a great video. Blake has hung in there with me to make it happen. WGPM you rock….

I have been working with the Waller group team for the past several weeks trying to find the perfect place to accommodate me and my 2 kids. From the very beginning Ms. Amanda has been such a blessing and such a sweet lady to rent from. She has been so helpful and understanding. I absolutely love my new place. It is completely renovated with washer and dryer included which is ++ when you have kids. the complex is securely gated, cute and very quite, and I absolutely love it. I hope to be a resident for a long time! Thanks Amanda.

My first actual place I call home. I have a beautiful place and have the best location. I mean Krogers right across the street. The staff are very nice especially Amanda and Serenity are on top of things when needed. Maintenance Team are kind and take care of things as fast as they can and go above and beyond. I needed a door bell, and they went right out and got me one. I'm thankful and blessed..

To summarize my review first, with all the respect to Mr.Waller, I highly recommend to fire most of the current employees and hire new ones: Amanda Fuller, Brianna, Stevie, Annabelle are unprofessional, lazy and disrespectful. Fortunately, other problematic people (Matthew Kroencke, Larisa Vega) are not with WGPM any more. To be more specific:
1. I've rented a unit managed by WGPM for 9 months. It seems that WGPM didn't even know what they are managing and advertising: the agent (Matthew Kroencke) and listing itself promised a washer and a dryer in the unit but there were none of them. It took me 3 months to resolve it and install w/d.
2. To resolve that and some other issues (miskate in the contract, new payment system, incorrect balance, etc), I had to call WGPM ~60 times, however WGPM never ever called me back. The people above were either "on a conference call", or "in a court" (why so often?), "or doing financials". As a result, any issue requires tens of calls and tons of time to resolve.
3. The only language Amanda understands is attorney's one. In particular, when WGPM moved to a new payment system, they made a mistake with my balance during the transfer. It seems to be a rather straighforward problem to fix - I've provided all the dates and amounts of my payments. However, WGPM couldn't figure it out. Moreover, instead of doing the job diligently, Amanda, Brianna, Stevie and Annabelle started talking to me like to a crook and were about to send my balance to collections. Fortunately, I engaged my attorney on time and, a miracle: 1) Amanda immediately called me, for the first time in 9 months; 2) she learnt how to use a calculator and figured out their mistake. Though, she even didn't apologize!

Overall. I highly recommend all the clients of WGPM to stay away until almost the entire squad is replaced by knowledgeable, hard-working and respectful staff!

JUST A NAME AND NOT A CLEAR ONE AT THAT YET WITH LAUGHTER IN THE BACKGROUND FROM YOUR TEAM AND LACK OF CARE FROM YOU. I WOULD THEN AGREE WITH ONE OTHER INDIVIDUAL ON THE REVIEW HERE THAT MAY SAY YOUR GROUP OF REPRESENTIVES FOR THIS COMPANY IS LAZY AND NOT IN ANY CARE FOR THE BUSINESS WORLD OR YOU WOULD LIKE THIS COMPANIES FUTURE TO CONTINUE. WHO OWN'S THIS COMPANY? I PRAY NOT YOU. THIS COMPANY'S VALUE AND MISSION IS MONEY. NOT BUILDING A GREAT BUSINESS IN DALLAS OR TEXAS.

I've had such an amazing experience since I moved in roughly ten months ago. The property has such professional managers that obviously know there job because you never see them. The lack of seeing off-property managers means that they're on top of work orders , repairs and any tenant problem that might arise. We also have all the necessary amenities that go along with upscale living, such as; Tenant controlled access, security cameras, walking security, valet trash pickup, along with ways to repair your credit, through services apps like Credit Builder and payment apps such as Flex. Lastly, and most importantly, accessibility to food and needed services , are all within walking distance. Those individuals, needing a community, a true community can find that here at HYA Oaklawn. A community that bands together to make your pet ?, Mr Patch, feel as through he is a part of the family with cleaners and grocery stores , and libraries and gas stations all within a three block radius. If you're lucky enough to find a vacant unit, do not hesitate, because it will be gone , I just feel so lucky to be able to call my apartment. . . Home ?. I. Christian Henry

Moving here to the Chloe Apartments has been a blessing. Staff is very helpful and efficient. Maintence is on top of their job. The apartment complex is so peaceful. Grounds are kept clean and all new stainless appliances.

I booked my apartment in Summit even we where still overseas. So by the time we come to America, our room was already prepared. I just used the chat option in the google map for the apartment. The representative from Summit apartments was so kind enough to assist us all the way. Our burden of relocating to a foreign country was relieved because of Summit. Thank you so much.
