Beware of WM mafia. I called to cancell my dumpster service for my home because I am moving and they told me I have to give them 90 days notice, which means I have to pay additional 3 months for non service.
Shame on you robbing your long time customer. Disgusting

They pick and choose when to collect my trash. I have never had this experience outside of Lancaster. I wish there was an alternative for trash retrieval because my neighbors have shared that they have the same poor experience with this company. I wish I knew what to do about this.

I cannot just talk to customer service. There AI Lisa is a joke and cannot connect you directly to the WM. What a joke as a public service company. Oh and we have to use them!

They refuse to ink a time for us to have our gate open. They only come at 6:30 am. Anything else screws up your entire day. When you calk them on it l, they run you round the mulberrybush. Weve paid them...for many years. Youd think they would work with us.

It must be nice to have a monopoly on service, that is the only reason they get away with trash customer service. Seriously, if the city didn't mandate pick-up, I would take it to the dump myself just to avoid this company.
