I contacted Wendy when I was experiencing a lot of stress at my job & some in my home life. I signed up for her 6 week life coaching class on stress management. To say that the experience was transformative is an understatement. Not only did I gain new insights on how to change my thought patterns, I also by the end of my program was off my high blood pressure & anxiety sleeping meds!!! I am still a work in progress & I will continue to listen to my program as well as read the books Wendy recommended. I am journaling daily and taking all of the suggestions and practicing them in my daily life. Wendy has an magnetic personality and her spirit vibrates at the highest frequency!
