Our association has sadly and unfortunately used West Property Management for the past 3 years. When I was president, we attempted to fire him. Then he sent 2 "anonymous" letters to our entire association degrading me with false information. As trained financial person, I have documentation to prove this claim. Reason for terminating at that time was and still is he charges higher fees than others, he consistently raises his fees every year, he charges his office expenses to us, he bullies individuals to maintain the account, he is not timely with his financial information, he charges his bank fees to the association, he controls the board with false information. He is not to be trusted and I strongly recommend that you watch your financials for all his hidden costs. A negative star would be appropriate for this business.

West Property Management and Manager Jeff Westendorf in particular, have been instrumental in helping us make changes that were critical for our townhome Community to survive, and ultimately begin to thrive. After years of neglect and mismanagement leading to leaking roofs and rotting siding, we are now entering a new phase! As soon as our board hired West Property Management, things begin to change for the better. We now have new roofs and with the cooperation of Jeff and many talented board members, a comprehensive financial plan has been put in place so we can put new siding on our buildings. Throughout this whole process, Jeff has been invaluable in giving the board input that has ultimately saved us money and kept us on track to move forward without making critical mistakes we otherwise might have made. Jeff has communicated well with owners to keep us informed each step of the way by sending out regular emails and organizing Special Townhall meetings. Jeff has brought in speakers that have shared information to help owners make a financial plan to be as proactive as possible. Jeff and West Property Management have consistently looked out for best interests of the owners by making decisions that would keep our properties safe for all who live here. This has been a very challenging time and many hard decisions had to be made, but it was made much easier by having an experienced property manager who was well-versed in the issues we were facing, and had the ability to work hand-in-hand with our board members to make a comprehensive financial plan and guide us through it to help us get to where we are today.

Jeff sure likes to use his influence to stifle free speech. Allows Kamala signs for months and as soon as a Trump sign comes out he sends an email forcing everyone to take them down.
