The property I rented was in excellent condition and well taken care of. I really appreciated how attentive they were to ensuring everything was functioning properly and that the living space remained comfortable.

We had a great experience with the house as a whole and had some great memories there. Any requests for maintenance were taken care of quickly and without charge. Our only negative was a slight dispute with the company over a security deposit but were left in good spirits after the owner of the company took the time to work with us and come to a fair agreement. Would recommend to future students!

Weybright gave us a great experience! We were able to get maintenance help as needed, and the communication was very helpful when we needed anything. Also, the owner of the company personally called me after move out to discuss our experience and get feedback. It felt very personal and sincere to hear from him!

Our experience renting from Weybright Management Inc. started off positively, it ultimately ended on a bad note due to their handling of our security deposit.

Despite leaving the property in good condition, they attempted to claim our entire security deposit and charge us extra, citing damages that simply weren’t there. Thankfully, I had documented the state of the home with a video prior to moving out, which allowed us to challenge their claims. After two months of back-and-forth, we finally had the charges dropped.

Their attempt to charge us for cleaning fees related to messes they made themselves by hiring careless painters, along with costs for upgraded vanities and blinds, which is legally not allowed to be taken out of the security deposit. They don't seem to understand the distinction between normal wear and tear and actual damages.

While I appreciated their management during our stay, the security deposit situation overshadowed our overall experience. I would caution potential renters to be prepared for potential disputes regarding their deposit when moving out.

EDIT: After I moved out of my senior house, and Weybright robbed us of our security deposit, they said we could get $30 per review online if we gave them a good rating. Which we did, as broke college students, but now that I am far enough removed, I will warn incoming seniors: Take pictures of everything when you move in, to prevent this as much as possible. They claim they cant give us back our security deposit for basic wear and tear, but have the money to throw around if we leave a review? That isn't acceptable. Not only that, but Nick reached out to my roommates and I weeks later and asked if we would be willing to sit down and speak on video about how good the company had been, for some ad campaign they wanted. Which is really rich all things considered. So know the review below was at the price of $30.

I loved having Weybright as my leasing company at school! I signed on with them two years before I started living there, and even months and weeks out of move in they were super active in communicating with us. They were willing to work with us when we had someone leave our lease due to a school transfer, and then a year later when someone had to be added on to replace the person who left. Also, when some payment confusion arose, they gave us the benefit of the doubt and worked very well with us. It was great to have them as our landlords for the year of school. The new apartment I live in is super slow with maintenance requests, and Weybright always got back to us within a day about when they were coming and what to do in the mean time. I know my friends feel the same way about their houses, and I have recommended to many underclassmen friends that they sign with Weybright!

I lived in a Weybright house my junior and senior year of college with four of my best friends, and we absolutely loved it! Lisa and all of the staff were so kind and accommodating to our every need. We needed a lot of replacements while we lived there and all of the maintenance team, especially Brandon, were quick to answer and come help. They replaced and fixed everything we requested! My best memories were made in the house we rented! Very thankful!!

I previously wrote a poor review of this company after renting with them this past academic year. I want to retract that and leave a positive review after new experiences with the company. While there was initial frustrations on my end with some communication issues, the whole team at Weybright in the end made the situation ideal for us and our group. Nick Weybright spent an hour talking with me late on a Friday night to work through move out and issues we had with our sublessee. Nick, it was a pleasure speaking with you and thank you. I am grateful for the time and effort the whole team has put in for our group. The property manager, Lisa, was such a pleasure to work with as well as Brandon our maintenance guy.

Do not believe all of these 5-star reviews. They are paying students to leave positive feedback and not mention their unethical and quite frankly scammy practices. They took more than 2/3 of our security deposit and when each of my roommates reached out multiple different times, we received no response. This is a common occurrence with this company and they do not care about their tenants. Do not recommend.
