This is my experience w this management group and it was a hassle the portal you have rr sighupbina sites I had a problem w urbsme of my features didn't work it may have been my new avg security issues VPN is has to be disabled some stuff just buffers heot spinning did not want to load I ca)led a lady said Sadie was busy she took my name n whavinwss xallingu wmexpkains she's said Sadie w call she never called couple days late she Sadie got huffy iver me respecting qualified for up to 700bsnd Sadie seemed a get agitated said Ms wrightreni co housing authority did make that determination we doo she asked if inhsdva lidtbi said I have or 4 if like to see see 1st one was huge rise 17 e 2nd St hutchinson she seemed a lil upset n she said I'f i tell you we don't have ifirmationthrn we don't have any information now she gone and she be came very now keep in mind Dianna had approved a voucher and I had it with me I don't know why what I i did or said she was very agitated and out of nowhere rudely said John were not going to help you I just was very surprised I was going to ask to slash to the office manager or owner and find out why or what reason or any way she seemed to not worry about creating a ten or possible that she was rude cut vhucs say were not going to help me id not had anyone talk id tomme like obese anlil kids xcoelded never had anyone be so rude abbes unorofeedional I was about to cuss her out and tell her hey wait a min how dare u get a attitude and treat me or any potential tenant like this but I didn't want to get dommsd n begin using bad language I wasn back and just replied ok that's fine the more I thought or I must have done or said must of done it together her sommsdtynn rude she was so sweet n polite low key then she was I told Dianna wright I was super hurt the very upset she believes she justified in gher treatment and lost a for ore
Also I do part time work w my friends got 9 rentals in the area in help clean renovated them to get them in tons rentable condition shadie is not going to dicide it. Make me only show a few w rentals she said they decide I'm sure no other realitor would dpeak or brazenly say make 1 decision on my behalf she can go to hell this company allows there personal or employees to talk or mistreat any customers in this fashion then id recommend a different a manage ment group they property's minesweeper in bad shape

Denise and the whole Windy City team has been great! We needed place to stay, fast, and Denise helped us to make that happen. Anytime we have needed anything done, they have sent someone right away and fixed or replaced whatever the issue was with minimal or no delay. I would highly recommend Windy City to anyone looking for a reputable, reliable company!

Windy city has been a Blessing in my Life for almost 10 yrs and counting! They have helped me and worked with me when times were low and rent was hard to pay! Anytime I needed something fixed they always took care of it as soon as they could!! Even when the maintenance guy(John) is doing alot of the work orders by himself and overwhelmed with work orders he still gets the job done! So I would recommend Windy City Management if you looking to rent!! They are Family to me and they will be for you too! God Bless them for being such a great Landlords and a true Family in my Life! Ok for anyone applying for an apartment, be warned. I asked them upfront if the credit check would show up on my credit report. They told me absolutely not. Told me that it would show up as a soft inquiry . Trust me I m not stupid and I know the difference. I printed my credit report today because I had another hard inquiry from a company called Straight Arrow Screening. A company that screens tenants for apartment managers, owners. So if you pay your 25.00 for them to run your background please know that it does show up as a hard inquiry. Anyway I m not slamming the company. Just be aware that when you re trying very hard to improve your credit score things like this can take you aback. The truth would have been nice. The worst was it was all unnecessary in the first place. After passing the background check the apartment owner gave our apartment to one of their relatives and Windy City had no control. So it was all in vain. Now I have to wait two years for their inquiry to come back off my credit report and didn t even get the apartment.

Slum Lord with astronomical rent. Will not fix anything for you, i had to do it all myself. I called 4 times in one week about a roof leak, and was blown off and eventually ignored until yet again, nothing was done. Rent was always paid, no excuse for ignoring normal maintenance needs. When i finally moved out, i received a letter from them stating that i owed $950.00 for not giving a 30 day notice (which was okayed by Winkie Tennant herself) and for the rest of my last months rent which they say wasn't paid even though the money for that months rent was mysteriously withdrawn from my account. Best you can do for yourself in this town just own your own home, which i finally did. Not alot of choice Landlords in Hutchinson.

Make sure you decide you actually want the place before you sign ANYTHING even the application! It will help you in the long run if you change your mind. You wont lose your money. JUST FYI.

Apparently chose not to rent if you have roommates, they didn't tell us this until after we had decided to go to sign the lease. Very disappointing.
