WM picked up our waste on time and even big stuff they always take it. They work efficiently. One time, we have a dried cut pine tree and the wind blowing it across the street back and forth, timing the WM truck passing by then stop and take care the mess. Thank for the great service!

Pretty disappointed with the level of service and lack of responsiveness. When you call the customer service number you have to go through way too many prompts to get to an actual person. Once you get to someone they’re not always receptive to the request or lack the understanding to accommodate the ask. In my case, I followed instructions to have my Xmas tree removed and it’s been almost a month and the tree is still there.

an animal chewed a hole in the lid to the large garbage can and while waste management was efficient in coming to make a repair. They also put a brown lid on a different color can and it doesn’t look nice and I care about my property and like things to look appropriate so I prefer a lid that matched
