I’m with the last person if I could give this man a zero review that is what he would get from me for his negligence, to my family and our property within his house that we were renting at the time of the FIRE !!! On 5th street he remodeled the house making it look ok and replaced the breaker box but neglected to rewire old wiring cheap skate then tells us not to worry about paying that month of rent .then he wouldn’t give our deposit back until all of our belongings were removed from the property, then when we was finally able to do so he gave it back but failed to tell us he was going to charge us anyway resulting in a charge on our account as if we still owed him, for the month of negligence on his part. Isn’t that crazy how he’s going to try to charge us for a month of rent for a place we never even got to stay in because of his Negligent Actions. I guess at the end at the end of the year he plans to File this against our credit report that right there will be fraud! The sad thing is he’s already got the house fixed up and he has someone living in it. There’s no way he did it the right way good luck whoever lives there because that was the 2nd fire in three years. If you rent from zahad you will be sorry mark my words, we were!

Run while you can! Do not rent from this company! They are notorious for purchasing low income homes in small neighborhoods and doubling the rent then throwing families out (within one week's notice) They try to sue thier tenants after eviction with fake grievances. You've been warned. They never make repairs and if so it's after you're gone. This company is one that bought houses up during the pandemic and threw families in the street.

This man is a liar an a thief he gives fake eviction notices an he has mold in his apartments on South Maple Street in Winchester KY an he wont do a verification if you rented from an Section don't need to take any vouchers from him neither I wouldn't recommend any of his properties to rent

I would select 0 if it was an option known here. The management tells you one thing when u view a property and lease will.reflect opposite information. Also management stated he will not take time nor effort to paint after tenant moves out or repair a hole in ceiling of one room. Still tried to increase rent rate from the original amount given and charge a deposit. Why charge a deposit if you clearly state you do not fix the property? This company is a scum lord. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ever in Lexington and surrounding areas.
They not only stole a check for rent payment for a month I DID NOT reside in the house from Community Action but they also kept my 2 years lease DEPOSIT. I have contacted and contacted them over & over they keep hanging up on me soon as I call.
I WILL report them to BBB but also to Community Action
